EXHIBITION FEES

For the first dog + Catalogue 900 CZK EUR 30,-

for another dog without Catalogue 500 CZK EUR 17,-

(the same owner as for the 1st dog)

Last moment inscription is possible on Saturday morning with the organizer. The inscription fee will be the basic fee + 50 %. In this case the expositor has no right to catalogue.

The Inscription can not be accepted without enclosed copy of payment order. It is obligatory to enclose also a photocopy of the pedigree of the dog/dogs to the Inscription.

VETERINARY REQUIREMENTS

The expositor must present valid International Vaccination Book of his dog/dogs confirming that the dog was vacunated against the Rabies, Hepatitis and Leptospirose at least 30 days before and not more than one year before the date of Exhibition.

GENERAL RULES

The Exhibition is opened for all males and females that reached the age necessary to be presented in the respective category one day before the day of Exhibition. Organizer of the event is not responsable for the damages caused by any dog or any expositor, nor for the death or loss of any dog. Free movement of the dogs is not permitted. Dogs must have firm muzzles, collars and leashes. The harness for temperament test is recommended. Females in heat and females in high pregnacy are excluded from the Exhibition. The Committee of the Exposition has the right to refuse the acceptance of an Inscription.

PROTESTS

A protest against the decisions of the judge is not permitted. It is allowed to protest only besause of formal reasons. Protest of the expositor must be delivered in written form to the Organizer, at the same time with the payment of the fee EUR 30,00, during the Exhibition. In case that the protest will not be recognized as valid, the fee will remain for the Organizer.

8.30 - veterinary checking of the dogs, weighing and measuring

10°° - analysis of phenotype, temperament and nervous system

13°°- lunch in nearby restaurant, than continues analysis of phenotype,

temperament and nervous system

16.00 – annual conference of club Onceiro

19.00 – dinner

20.00 - seminar: fila brasileiro

10.00 - Initiation of International Exhibition of the exemplars approved in Analysis of phenotype, temperament and nervous system on Saturday 20th of May of 2004 and in previous years.

ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS AT THE EXHIBITION

ACCOMMODATION AND ALL FEES WILL BE PAID BY THE EXPOSITOR to the managers of recreation camp Pod Věží

Accommodation:

1) 4 beds bungallow, simple without shower (common showers in the camp):

price of one bed/one night: CZK 100,-, aprox. EUR 4,-

2) appartments

Price for 2 persons is CZK 420,00 aprox. EUR 15,-

3 persons is CZK 528,00 aprox EUR 19,-

4 persons is CZK 504,00 aprox EUR 18,-

Entrance: The prove of paid Inscription Fee signifies that the expositor (one person) can enter in the area. For others persons the entrance fee is EUR 3,00 and will be paid at the place of Exhibition.

During the whole stay it will be possible to buy refreshments and meals in the restaurant.
